Accountant Payables

Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Supplier invoice posting
• Supplier reminder management
• Verification and payment of supplier invoices when due
• First point of contact for suppliers, financial institutions and treasury department
• Participates in improvement projects
• Organises training & Provides assistance to are team colleagues
• Create payment requests

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor degree, preferable in a finance / accounting / business discipline
• Min. 3 years of related experience
• Fluent in English and German is a plus
• Good knowledge and experience with relevant IT applications such as Microsoft Office, Sub-Competency in Office excel, Outlook, Power Point, Sharepoint & Word.
• SAP: FI & CO module
• Service mindset
• Data interpretation & validation
