
HR Manager (m/w)
Location : Ottmarsheim (68) – France

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and functionally to the Group HR Director, you will oversee all HR activities at the site, driving performance, engagement, and compliance with legal standards.
As a member of the Management Committee, you play a key role in both local and international HR strategy.
Main responsabilities :
Management & HR coordination
- Manage an HR team of 2 employees as well as the CSE administrative secretary
- Ensure coordination with other departments, the Group, and external partners
- Supervise payroll and ensure compliance with HR practices
- Develop and monitor the HR budget
- Implement and lead the site's HR performance KPIs: turnover rate, absenteeism rate, overtime hours, number of FTEs
- Ensure compliance with the labor code and interface with administrative such as URSSAF
- Propose continuous HR improvement actions and support change
- Develop team skills, motivation, and performance
HR Development & Projects
- Support the site's development (organization, HR projects, recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
- Act as the HR partner for managers: offering advice, guidance, and leading change management
- Define and drive the site's training policy and action plan
- Contribute to Group-level HR projects
- Implement site-specific HR development initiatives: career planning, succession planning, skills management, professional interviews, and development interviews
Social relations & labor law
- Manage social and institutional relations (CSE, Labor Inspectorate, CPAM, etc.)
- Prepare and co-lead CSE meetings alongside Site Management
- Lead mandatory annual negotiations (NAO) and negotiate company agreements
- Monitor social trends and regulatory developments
- Handle sensitive individual situations, disputes, and legal proceedings
Your profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Social Sciences, or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar HR role, or 10 to 15 years in HR/labor relations
- Strong expertise in labor law, social relations, and HR development
- Natural leadership, excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to unite teams, support change, and challenge constructively
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
- Fluency in English is essential
