Treasury Officer

Your responsibilities will be:

• Organise, execute and settle daily third party payments of the Group with our main banks, through our payment factory set-up and POBO structure
• Organise, execute and settle daily all inter-company payments of the Group via Internal Bank
• Run daily accounting operations for payment factory and internal bank: bank statements, zero balancing, payments , bank charges, internal settlements and internal bookings. Check and reconcile all bookings
• Runs and optimise the Daily Treasury Back Office activities: upload bank statements and treasury accounts reconciliation, verify deals, bank confirmations, netting and settlements, maintain static data, claims handling, interest rate resets, reporting, controlling
• Run other daily operations: direct debits, interest calculations, petty cash, etc
• Participation in daily and monthly reporting to ensure optimal service and quality level
• Bank KYC documentation
• Lead the continuous management, improvements and process automation via the TMS and Payment Management systems
• Corporate Credit Cards
• Acting as back-up for the Expert Treasury Officer

What we expect from you:

• BSc/ MSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
• 2 years of experience in relevant area
• English fluent, both spoken and written
• Ms Office, SAP and relevant computer systems 
• Financial Awareness
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP, excel, Electronic Banking Tools, ION IT2, Kyriba, SWIFT
