Your responsibilities are:
The key purpose of the role is to ensure operational excellence and sustainability by standardizing maintenance execution and spare parts management processes, reducing downtime, and driving cost-efficient, safe, and reliable operations across our locations.
As our Group Expert in Maintenance Efficiency, you will:
- Lead and optimize maintenance execution and spare part management processes across all locations.
- Coach and develop local Plant Availability (PA) managers, building their competence and driving operational excellence.
- Champion HSE standards, embedding health, safety, and environmental objectives into maintenance execution and contracting processes.
- Drive reliability by setting standards, performance frameworks, and risk-based approaches to maximize equipment availability and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with procurement to implement and monitor enterprise frame agreements, tracking performance against key metrics.
- Ensure efficient spare parts management process, securing availability for maintenance activities.
- Manage the ‘Maintenance Efficiency’ expert working group, creating a platform for knowledge exchange, learning, incident investigations and collaborative audits.
- Drive change management and group improvement programs, influencing and inspiring teams across locations.
About you:
- You hold a master’s degree in a relevant engineering subject from acknowledged university, or equivalent
- You have 10+ years of experience in industry environment related to maintenance activities
- Required language level : French and English - Professional knowledge, written and spoken
- Networker in international and multicultural context
- Good knowledge in SAP especially for maintenance module (PM)
- Recognised expert in Maintenance
- Project management skills
- Demonstrates high levels of HSE awareness, integrity and ethics
- Demonstrating leadership in technical competence development and knowledge sharing influences others based on rational technical arguments
Frequent travelling across company locations are expected.
